How to Bake an Easy Lemon Meringue Pie

Here's an easy lemon meringue pie using sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, lemon zest and eggs. The pie is topped with a meringue and baked until golden. Serves 8.

Edit Ingredients9-inch/23cm pie crust, baked and cooled14 ounces, 414ml sweetened condensed milk1/2 cup lemon juicelemon zest, from 1 lemon4 eggs, separate out yolks4 egg whites1/4 cup sugar
